Otorgamiento de permiso. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 17 del decreto 4181 de 2011, la AUNAP otorgará los permisos para ejercer la actividad pesquera y la actividad de la acuicultura.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.16.5.2.2. Otorgamiento permiso. La Aunap otorgará, mediante acto administrativo, los permisos para ejercer la actividad pesquera, para lo cual adoptará los formatos preimpresos que correspondan.
