º. Terminación de la existencia de la entidad . Vencido el término señalado en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, para la liquidación, quedará terminada la existencia jurídica del Fondo para la Reconstrucción y Desarrollo Social del Eje Cafetero, para todos los efectos.
