Nacionalízanse las siguientes carreteras en el Departamento de Córdoba:

a)

Carretera Lorica-Los Higales-Las Flores-Moñito, longitud aproximada 61 kilómetros.

b)

Carretera San Bernardo del Viento-Moñito, longitud aproximada 21 kilómetros.

c)

Carretera Tuchín-Chima-Arache-Ciénaga de Oro, longitud aproximada 48 kilómetros.

d)

Carretera San Pelayo-Buenos Aires, longitud aproximada 40 kilómetros.
