De la afiliación al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. Cuando la mujer víctima no esté afiliada al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, deberá ser afiliada al Régimen Subsidiado en los términos que establece la Ley 1438 de 2011. Las instituciones que integran el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud informarán a las alcaldías distritales o municipales las mujeres víctimas no afiliadas al Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud para que se ordene su afiliación inmediata al Sistema.
