_ Auxíliase la vía que el Departamento de Cundinamarca está construyendo entre los Municipios de Pacho y Zipaquirá, con la suma anual de diez mil pesos ($10,000), que se irán entregando, para su inversión, a la Junta Central de la carretera, residente en el último lugar dicho, por partidas mensuales equivalentes cada una a la duodécima parte del auxilio.
