REMISIONES. Al trámite liquidatorio, en lo referente a la preferencia de la liquidación, la continuación de los procesos ejecutivos donde existen otros demandados, el trámite de objeciones, la decisión de las mismas, la calificación y graduación de créditos y medidas cautelares se aplicarán las reglas previstas en el concordato para tales eventos.
