Créase el cargo de Secretario del Departamento de Diseños de la División de Carreteras Nacionales, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, con la asignación mensual de seiscientos setenta pesos ($ 670.00) moneda corriente, la cual se cubrirá con cargo a la partida asignada en el Capítulo 531, artículo 5355 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
