Consejo Nacional de Riesgos Laborales. El Consejo Nacional de Riesgos Laborales es un organismo adscrito al Ministerio del Trabajo, de dirección del Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales, de carácter permanente, entre cuyas funciones se encuentran recomendar la formulación de las estrategias y programas para el Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales y aprobar el presupuesto general de gastos del Fondo de Riesgos Laborales.
