Decreto 1454 de 2017 · por el cual se adiciona un Título a la Parte 5 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015, “Por el cual se expide el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Defensa”, en lo relacionado con el incremento del Presupuesto per cápita para el Sector Defensa (PPCD) y del porcentaje del aporte para los servicios médicos derivados de Accidente de Trabajo y Enfermedad Profesional (ATEP) para el Subsistema de Salud de la Policía Nacional, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley 352 de 1997.
