Los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Marinería de la Armada Nacional, que presten sus servicios en las dependencias del Departamento de Ingeniería de Unidades a flote, así como en el Departamento de Administración en el ramo de cocina de las mismas Unidades, tendrán derecho a una prima de "Calor" del diez por cieno (10%) del sueldo básico mensual.
