Registro de libro. Todas las Escuelas y/o Departamentos de Capacitación y Entrenamiento en Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada deben llevar un libro de registro de los estudiantes, el cual debe estar debidamente foliado de manera consecutiva y en donde se registre el nombre completo del estudiante, documento de identidad, el curso que realizó, las notas que obtuvo y en letra si aprobó o perdió. Este debe registrarse ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada quien le emitirá el Número de Registro Oficial (NRO), número que será teniendo en cuenta para la expedición de certificados por la Escuelas y/o Departamentos de Capacitación y Entrenamiento en Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
