ARTICULO 135 . Actividades docentes en el extranjero y en universidades del país . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que desempeñen una función docente como profesores o instructores invitados en Escuelas o Institutos de las Fuerzas Militares extranjeras, o en universidades del país, tendrán derecho a que se les abonen las horas de clase que dicten para efectos de promoción a la categoría inmediatamente superior, previa certificación y concepto de los respectivos Comandantes, Directores o Rectores.
