Inhabilidad temporal. Cuando la Sociedad Comisionista de Bolsa se encuentre temporalmente inhabilitada para actuar en bolsa podrá encomendar a otra Sociedad Comisionista de Bolsa la realización, por cuenta del portafolio administrado, de las operaciones que sean necesarias. Esta delegación solo podrá realizarse previo el visto bueno del cliente, de la respectiva bolsa y siempre que la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia no disponga otra cosa.
