ARTICULO 15 . Jueces de ejecución de penas. Mientras el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura crea los cargos de jueces de ejecución de penas, las atribuciones que este código les confiere serán ejercidas por el juez que dictó la sentencia en primera instancia.
