Modificar el inciso 6° del artículo 147 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “Para la importación temporal de mercancías que vengan destinadas a eventos científicos, culturales, deportivos o recreativos no se exigirá la constitución de garantía. Igual tratamiento recibirán las mercancías que vengan para la producción de obras cinematográficas, previo visto bueno del Ministerio de Cultura o la entidad que haga sus veces”.
