Articulo 58 . El responsable del impuesto sobre las ventas, incluidos el exportador, que no presente la correspondiente declaración de ventas, dentro del mes siguiente al envío del requerimiento que le formule la Administración Tributaría incurrirá en arresto hasta de un año, sin perjuicio de la sanción por aforo correspondiente. CAPITULO XV Bienes que no causan el impuesto.
