°. Modifícase el numeral 3 del artículo 10 del Decreto 666 de 2007, el cual quedará así: “3. Incluir en el respectivo contrato la forma en que se calculará la remuneración que la sociedad autorizada recibirá por la realización de su gestión. Cuando las operaciones de cuentas de margen se estén realizando dentro del marco del contrato de comisión, la remuneración no podrá estar atada al resultado de dichas operaciones”.
