Suprímese un Pasante Profesor de los tres que señala el artículo 1.º del Decreto 1473, del. 25 de octubre del corriente año, y créase en cambio un Profesor más de los que se fijan en dicho Decreto, con una asignación de cincuenta pesos ($ 50) mensuales.
