Cuando una agencia de turismo autorizada por el gobierno, promueva la venida al país de turistas con fines de cacería, previo el permiso para esta actividad por parte de la entidad competente, deberá solicitar autorización con quince (15) días de anticipación por conducto de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo, al Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, para la importación temporal de las armas correspondientes
