Redúcense a un (1) año los períodos de todos los funcionarios del Instituto y de las Cajas Seccionales que lo tengan señalado por mayor tiempo en la legislación vigente. Los períodos de funciones señaladas en el presente Decreto principiarán a contarse a partir del quince (15) de junio del año en curso.
