En la liquidación de las drogas que regulará el precio de venta en el almacén nacional y en las seccionales, se considerará un aumento correspondiente a los gastos de acarreos, aseguros, mermas, saqueos, etc., y comisiones de venta cuando ésta tenga lugar en seccionales que así lo requieran.
