Art. único. Se derogan en todas sus partes el decreto lejislativo de quince de Junio de mil ochocientos cuarenta i tres, i en consecuencia no podrán desde la publicacion del presente concederse moratorias a los empleados de las rentas nacionales por lo que hayan quedado o quedaren adeudando por razon de su manejo.
