El artículo 38 del Decreto 700 de 1954 quedará así: Artículo 38. Por lo menos una vez al año el Procurador General de la Nación, en desarrollo del artículo 143 de la Constitución Nacional, por sí o por medio de funcionario que al efecto designe, practicará visita al Tribunal Superior de Aduanas. Del resultado de la visita dará cuenta a la Corte Suprema y al Ministro de Justicia.
