Art. 81. Fenecida definitivamente una cuenta por autos ejecutoriados ó que causen ejecutoria, el Contador que la feneció en primera instancia y los Contadores que hayan resuelto en la apelación ó consulta, quedan personalmente responsables por los derechos del Tesoro nacional que fueren vulnerados con el fenecimiento, por cuatro años después de fenecida la cuenta.
