El correo que llegare a bordo de naves se descargará por los Administradores y en presencia del Contador del buque o su representante, quien lo entregará a los funcionarios del Gobierno. El correo saliente se recibirá por el Contador del buque al costado de la nave, después de lo cual los Administradores lo embarcarán. Seguro contra incendio de la carga.
