Si a la asamblea no concurriere un número de socios que constituyan quórum suficiente para deliberar y decidir, se ordenará un receso de una (1) hora, luego del cual habrá quórum con la presencia siquiera de una tercera (1/3) parte de los afiliados. Si en esta segunda oportunidad tampoco se alcanzare el quórum, requerido, se convocará para el día inmediatamente siguiente, reunión en la cual habrá quórum con la asistencia de cualquier número plural de socios. De todas estas circunstancias debe dejarse constancia en el acta respectiva.
