Los transportes aéreos comerciales entre dos o más lugares de la Republica sólo pueden realizarse con naves matriculadas en Colombia. Si la aeronave pertenece a una compañía extranjera, se requiere, además, que se cumplan por dicha compañía los requisitos enumerados en el artículo 9º de este Decreto.
