Articulo 142 . A las fuentes fijas artificiales existentes de contaminación del aire que para dar cumplimiento con loe normas de emisión señaladas en el presente decreto deban presentar un plan de cumplimiento , según los requisitos del Ministerio de Salud o la entidad en quien éste delegue; les será otorgada autorización sanitaria provisional de funcionamiento parte aire .
