ARTICULO 103. Dotación especial. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, destinados a prestar servicios en cargos diplomáticos o comisiones en el exterior y en la Casa Militar de la Presidencia de la República, tendrán derecho a una dotación especial de uniformes, insignias y distintivos correspondientes al grado, ordenada por la Dirección General.
