º. Servicio de adaptación laboral. Entiéndese por servicio de adaptación laboral aquel mediante el cual se busca prestar apoyo al servidor público a quien se le suprima el empleo, brindándole herramientas que le permitan prepararse integralmente para asumir el cambio, a través de procesos de actualización, recalificación y conversión, redefinición de perfil ocupacional, desarrollo de nuevas habilidades laborales, orientación sobre áreas que demande el sector productivo, entre otros, a efecto de posibilitar su reinserción al mercado laboral o a emprender por cuenta propia actividades productivas.
