Las resoluciones por medio de las cuales se conceda permiso de funcionamiento a una sociedad, se suspenda éste, se decrete la disolución o se apruebe la liquidación, deberán ser inscritas en el registro mercantil y publicadas, cuando menos, en los boletines de las cámaras de comercio de su domicilio principal y de sus sucursales.
