Vigencia del subsidio . La Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, reglamentará el plazo máximo para el cobro del subsidio familiar de vivienda, el cual no será superior a veinticuatro (24) meses contados a partir de la fecha de la publicación de la asignación correspondiente. Los subsidios no cobrados en tal plazo caducarán automáticamente. CAPITULO VI. Asignación y entrega Eexcepcional
