º . Modifíquese el artículo 3º del Decreto 4181 de 2007, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 3º. Duración y sesiones . La Comisión Intersectorial para el Avance de la Población Afrocolombiana, Palenquera y Raizal tendrá vigencia hasta el 21 de mayo de 2009 y sesionará ordinariamente en dos oportunidades durante dicho lapso, por convocatoria de su Presidente".
