Articulo 3 º . Créase el Consejo de la Orden de la Justicia y del Derecho, el cual estará constituido por el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, el Presidente del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, el Secretario General de la Presidencia de la República, el Secretario Jurídico de la Presidencia de la República y el Secretario General del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho. El Canciller de la Orden será el Secretario General del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
