La Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior estudiará sistemáticamente el movimiento de precios en el mercado internacional para mantener el control de la exacta facturación de las exportaciones e importaciones colombianas. Cuando en el ejercicio de esta función, la Superintendencia encontrare diferencias entre el precio declarado y el del mercado internacional, denunciará este hecho el Prefecto de Control de Cambios para la investigación y sanción consiguientes. En el caso de exportaciones, informará igualmente a la Junta Monetaria para que si fuere pertinente, fije precios mínimos de reintegro. La Superintendencia organizará los servicios necesarios para el cumplimiento de esta disposición.
