Son Funciones Del Comité De Trabajo, Las Siguientes: A) Presentar A Consideración Del Gobierno Y Del Consejo Nacional De Intendencias Y Comisarías, Proyectos De Ley O Decretos Tendientes A Dar Mayor Autonomía A Estas Entidades Territoriales

º. Son funciones del Comité de Trabajo, las siguientes

Presentar a consideración del Gobierno y del Consejo Nacional de Intendencias y Comisarías, proyectos de ley o decretos tendientes a dar mayor autonomía a estas entidades territoriales.

Estudiar la estructura actual del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías y hacer las recomendaciones del caso.

Estudiar las iniciativas que sobre este particular se recomienden al Comité.

Estudiar y proponer las reformas necesarias para lograr una mayor racionalización en la ubicación, niveles de autonomía y cobertura de las agencias de las entidades del sector central y sus organismos adscritos en las Intendencias y Comisarías.

Las demás que le asigne el Gobierno.
