Prohibiciones o restricciones. La entidad administradora del recurso podrá prohibir o restringir la introducción, transplante o cultivo de especies silvestres perjudiciales para la conservación y el desarrollo del recurso.

Para la introducción de especies domésticas o de razas domésticas no existentes en el país, en razón del impacto ecológico que pueda provocar su eventual asilvestramiento, se requerirá el visto bueno del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
