Decreto 4124 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Nacional de Archivos, y se dictan otras disposiciones relativas a los Archivos Privados.

°. Consejos Territoriales de Archivo s. Son los Consejos Departamentales de Archivos, los Consejos Municipales de Archivos, los Consejos Distritales de Archivos y los de los Territorios Indígenas, que se crearán cuando la Ley los desarrolle, encargados de dirigir y coordinar la función archivística a nivel territorial.

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales tendrán un plazo de doce (12) meses, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, para conformar los Consejos Territoriales de Archivos.
