Toda persona natural o jurídica, o entidad de derecho público o privado, que haya obtenido u obtenga en el futuro préstamos en dólares o en cualquier otra moneda extranjera, deberá registrar dichos préstamos y los pagos que haga por capital e intereses con imputación a ellos, en la División de Registro de Cambios de la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior.
