El señor Carrasquilla o sus herederos tienen diez (10) años de plazo, a contar de la vigencia de esta Ley, para hacer la inscripción y cumplir las demás formalidades legales sobre propiedad literaria y artística. Llenados esos requisitos, el derecho que se otorga al señor Carrasquilla constituirá una propiedad transferible, por el tiempo de la vida del autor y ochenta (80) años más.
