° Atribuciones especiales. Para el cumplimiento de los fines que le son propios y en su calidad de persona jurídica, la Zona Franca podrá llevar a cabo toda clase de actos, celebrar contratos, adquirir, poseer o enajenar cualquier clase de bienes, administrarlos, establecer limitaciones a su domicilio, aceptar o rechazar donaciones; o herencias y, en general, obrar como sujeto capaz de toda clase de derechos y obligaciones.
