Artículo único. A partir del día primero de abril próximo los Administradores de Hacienda Nacional que estén encargados o a quienes se encargue en lo sucesivo del manejo de fondos para obras públicas nacionales, no tendrán derecho a sobresueldo o remuneración especial por dicho servicio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
