Publicidad. El Estado, a través de las diferentes entidades a las cuales se asignan responsabilidades, competencias y funciones en relación con las medidas contempladas en este decreto, deberá promover mecanismos de publicidad y difusión eficaces dirigidos a brindar información y orientar a las víctimas acerca de los derechos, medidas y recursos con los que cuentan, al igual que sobre los medios administrativos y judiciales mediante los cuales podrán acceder al ejercicio de sus derechos.
