Cuando el donante, por haber perdido el juicio, o por otro impedimento, se hallare imposibilitado de intentar la acción que se le concede por el artículo 1485, podrán ejercerla a su nombre mientras viva, y dentro del plazo señalado en el artículo anterior, no sólo su guardador, sino cualquiera de sus descendientes o ascendientes legítimos o su cónyuge.
