° . Clases de Garantías. Para el trámite de las solicitudes y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de que trata el artículo anterior, podrán otorgarse pólizas de seguros o garantías bancarias a primer requerimiento. Las garantías deberán ser otorgadas por entidades aseguradoras o bancarias sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, quienes expedirán la póliza o el certificado de conformidad con las disposiciones legales que las regulan y lo establecido en el presente decreto.
