TÉRMINO PARA INVESTIGAR. Las diligencias deberán perfeccionarse en el término de diez (10) días calendario, prorrogables hasta por otro tanto, cuando deban practicarse pruebas fuera del lugar donde se actúe o cuando sean más de tres (3) los inculpados.
