La Nación contribuirá con la suma de veinte mil pesos ($20,000), para el homenaje que la ciudad de Titiribí le rendirá a los eminentes ciudadanos hijos ilustres y vinculados a ese importante Municipio, doctores Antonio José Restrepo, Antonio José Cadavid, Luis Zea Uribe y Juan B. Montoya y Flórez, erigiendo sendos bustos de aquellos ciudadanos que fueron figuras prestantes de la República.
