La Federación de Ganaderos de Bolívar administrará el servicio de bañaderas que se construyan en el Departamento de Bolívar, pudiendo fijar por tal servicio una tarifa mínima, que no constituya especulación o negocio. En el Departamento del Magdalena las administrarán los Municipios donde se construyan. Los respectivos Concejos Municipales fijarán una tarifa por el servicio.
