Si el proceso de selección del contratista del sector privado a que se refiere el artículo anterior fuere declarado desierto, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo procederá a adelantar directamente el proceso público de contratación para seleccionar la entidad fiduciaria que administrará el Patrimonio Autónomo Fondo Nacional de Turismo (Fontur).
