Procedimiento oficioso. El reconocimiento de la asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones a que tienen derecho los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, serán tramitados mediante el procedimiento de oficio de la Dirección General, con la obligación por parte del interesado de completar la documentación con las pruebas que la Dirección no este en condiciones de allegar.
